Merlina is a DJ and producer from Buenos Aires, Argentina, known for her hypnotic style, groovy rhythms, and sharp dancefloor reading. Her sets stand out for their refined selection, combining sensitivity and depth while staying rooted in underground techno. Her career has taken her across Argentina and onto international stages in Spain, Paraguay, Uruguay, and beyond. In 2022, she founded Ørnament, a female-led collective and event platform based in Argentina and Spain, created to highlight and empower women’s roles in the electronic music scene. By 2025, Ørnament evolved into a record label, with the vision of fostering new sonic proposals and supporting projects with a strong artistic identity. Merlina has released music on labels such as PRTLWRX, UTRAXX, Synergie, and Ri, defining a sound that consolidates her artistic identity coherent, forward-thinking, and distinctive. Her constant drive to create new spaces and promote diversity within the electronic music community positions her as a rising and notable figure on the international techno scene.
